Patricia A. (Conlon) Hammerle

Patricia A. (Conlon) Hammerle, 79, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family. Patricia was born in Rochester, NY., on September 4, 1944, the daughter of the late James and Alice (McDonald) Conlon. She graduated from St. Agnes High School in Rochester, NY., and she received her Master’s Degree from Springfield College. She worked at Mercy Medical Center for many years. Later she worked for the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Leeds, MA. Patricia was an avid reader and she enjoyed needlepoint. Her greatest joy was spending time with her loving family and friends. In addition to her parents she was also predeceased by her husband John R. Hammerle in 2021. She is survived by her five devoted children Christopher Hammerle with wife Tracy of Springfield, Brenden Hammerle and Christal Russo of Wilbraham, Devin Hammerle and Erin Zobrak of Springfield, Greg Hammerle and wife Nicole of Feeding Hills, and Colleen Henry and husband Matthew of Agawam, and she leaves her 8 cherished grandchildren. All services and burial will be private. Arrangements entrusted to the Byron Keenan Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen Street, Springfield.
