Adele M. (Scibelli) DeCaro Kelliher, 77, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Adele was born in Springfield, on June 14, 1944, the daughter of the late Francesco and Mae (Langlois) Scibelli. Adele was a loving mother to her children, and the lights of her life, Michael, Marianne, Adele, and Frankie as well as her step son, Timothy Guyette and his wife Katie. She will be missed greatly by her three daughter in laws, April, Danielle, and Lori, her son in laws, Gerald Daniele and Dan Goyette . She also leaves her cherished grandchildren Victor and his fiancée Kristina, Francesca and her husband Joseph Dias, Nicolette and her husband Dominic Blad, Branden, and Vincent. She also leaves her cherished great grandchildren JJ, Penelope, Cecilia, and Jordan. She also leaves her step mother, Alice Scibelli and her children, Mark, Frances, and Frankie and she leaves her sister in laws Josie Iennaco, Jenny Calvanese and Anna Santaniello and her husband Amedeo and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Adele was predeceased by her husband, Victor Carmen DeCaro who was the love of her life. Victor was a hairstylist, a profession he chose after seeing Adele through a glass window at the K Harvey Hair studio in Springfield. Together they had four children before his death in 1972. She was also predeceased by her longtime friend and husband Thomas “TK” Kelliher who passed away in 2014. A Liturgy of Christian will be held at 10 AM on Monday, June, 6, 2022 in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 123 Williams Street in Springfield. Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery in Springfield.
