Delores M. (Paroli) Sidelinker

Delores M. (Paroli) Sidelinker, 90, a lifelong resident of Springfield, died late Friday morning, March 17, 2023 at Baystate Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was born and educated in Springfield, a daughter of the late Angelo and Mary (Nostin) Paroli and was a graduate of Springfield Technical High School. Delores was employed as a bookkeeper for over thirty years with Allied Carpet until her retirement in 1997. She was an active communicant and member of St. Catherine of Siena Church, where she worked as the bookkeeper, helped with Bingo and was a member of the Women’s Guild. She leaves her son, Raymond Sidelinker and his partner, Toni Delgado of Omaha, Nebraska; three daughters, Angela St.Pierre and her husband Dennis, Connie Georgeopolus, and Paulette Sidelinker, all of Springfield; her sister, Sr. Carmel Marie, D.M. of York, PA; her son-in-law, Jack Ohlemacher of Ohio; five cherished grandchildren, Jeremiah, Isaac, Erik, Michael and Amanda; as well as several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Besides her parents, Delores was predeceased by her daughter, Marie Ohlemacher; and her siblings, Angelo Paroli, Edith Paroli, and Flora Hoyle. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen Street, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial celebrated at 10:30 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1023 Parker Street, with Rites of Committal to conclude at St. Michael’s Cemetery, all in Springfield. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 21st from 4-7 PM at the funeral home.
