Erikka H. Miller Gusan

Erikka Hope (Miller) Gusan, 29, a lifelong resident of Springfield, passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 5, 2018. Erikka was happiest when surrounded by those she loved. An excellent cook, Erikka enjoyed cooking for and with her children, from pizza to lobster dinners. She loved to sing with her father and wrote poetry. She had a mischievous streak and nothing made her laugh harder than playing a practical joke on her loved ones. Her family was her world. She is survived by her husband, Brandon; her children Darrion, Brandon, and Leilani; her mother, Marcella (Fairman) Stanley, and stepfather, Victor; her father, Eugene Miller, Jr., and stepmother, Janice; her siblings, Earl Miller and his wife, Michelle, Eugene Miller III, Marcus Miller, Trajen Miller, Audrianna Miller, Dakota Craig, Edwin Wine and his wife, Kristy; and a large, extended family. She was predeceased by her aunt, Mary Louise Wright. Family and friends will gather to honor Erikka on Monday, April 16 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen St., Springfield, MA, 01118.
