Girard "Jerry" Robitaille

Girard (Jerry) Robitaille, 79, of Longmeadow and Jensen Beach, Florida, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021. Jerry was born in Springfield, on June 20, 1941, the son of the late Albert and Fanny (Wilkin) Robitaille. Jerry was raised in Longmeadow, and was a graduate of Longmeadow High School. He was a member of the First Congregational Church in Longmeadow. A longtime businessman, Jerry retired in 2010, from Premier Logistics the company he founded with his son Jerry, Jr. Jerry was predeceased by his beloved wife Janice and his younger brother Albert. He is survived by two devoted sons Girard Robitaille “Jerry Jr.” of Jensen Beach, FL, and COL(R) Kevin Robitaille, his wife Elizabeth and a cherished grandson Andrew Robitaille of Salem, CT, and two caring sisters Bobbie Souliere of Agawam and Betty Rockwell of East Longmeadow. Visiting hours will be held from 4-7 PM on Thursday June 17, 2021 at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center 1858 Allen Street, Springfield, MA 01118. A Celebration of Life will follow on Saturday June 19th, 11:30am, Figaro Ristorante, in Enfield, CT. Memorial contributions may be made in Jerry’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project P.O.
