Harold Eugene Colby, Jr.

Harold Eugene Colby Jr. passed away quietly on Tuesday July 21, 2021, leaving his beloved wife Blanche Baird Colby of sixty-seven years.  Harold and Blanche lived in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts where they raised their two sons Jeffrey and Richard Colby.  He also leaves his daughter-in law, Susan H. Colby, four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Harold enjoyed playing sports when he was young and organized many games and other activities to entertain the neighborhood kids.  He was an avid fisherman and taught his grandkids to love the sport as well. Harold was an Air Force Veteran who served during the Korean War and was very proud of his service to his country.  We will miss him dearly.   A private ceremony is planned for a date yet to be determined.
