Harold P. Olbon

Harold P. Olbon, 80, a lifelong resident of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Harold was born on November 10, 1941, the son of the late Theodore and Eveline (Lacey) Olbon. He was educated in the Springfield School System. Harold worked for many years in the Food Industry, retiring in 2000 from Super Value Foods. In addition to his parents he was also predeceased by a brother Ronald LeClair and a sister Eveline Olbon. Harold is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years of marriage Sharon (Remillard) Olbon of Springfield a devoted daughter Judy Nashville and her husband Todd of Springfield and his two cousins Florence Thompson of Springfield and William Decoteau of Hampden. Family and friends will gather and remember Harold on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 11-12noon at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen Street, Springfield, followed by a Funeral Home Service at 12noon. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Park Cemetery.
