Hartley E. Grundstrom

Hartley E. Grundstrom, 87, of Hampden, MA, passed away on June 15, 2020 in his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Springfield, MA, he was the son of Maurice and Ellen Grundstrom.

He attended school at the University of Illinois before he attended school at the University of Massachusetts.  After serving time in the Army in Alaska, he returned home and started his own business, Northeast Technical Services where he worked upwards of thirty years.

He was a family man, had a wonderful sense of humor and was an avid fisherman. Hartley loved spending time gardening and listening to classical music and eating good food.

He was predeceased by his parents, by his three brothers, three sisters, his son David Grundstrom and Thomas Grundstrom.

He is survived by his loving wife, Leona, daughter Suzanne Grundstrom Guyott of Spring Hill, Florida, and Timothy Grundstrom of Hampden, MA, also his grandsons Ryan and Brandon Guyott, as well as his granddaughters Brianna Grundstrom of Amherst and Natalie Grundstrom of Texas.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic there will be no public services. All services are private.
