Jean Frances (Saunders) Beaulieu

Jean F. Beaulieu (Saunders), 90, of Chicopee, was called safely home on Thursday, May 26, 2022. She passed surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving family. Jean was born in Springfield on September 10, 1931, the daughter of the late Ethel A. Saunders (Lonergan) and John H. Saunders. She was raised and educated in Springfield where she lived for most of her life. Jean was employed by the Milton Bradley Company for 44 years, and was a longtime communicant of Holy Name Parish in Springfield. She was the devoted wife of the late Norman H. Beaulieu Sr., and leaves three loving children, Norman H. Beaulieu Jr. of Pompano Beach, FL, Robert A. Beaulieu and his partner Beverly Rossi of Winchester, NH and John F. Beaulieu of Springfield; her grandson, Vincent Rossi of Chicopee; and two great-grandchildren, Vincent Jr. and Victoria. Besides her parents and husband, Jean was predeceased by her brother, John H. Saunders Jr., four step-brothers, and sisters, Eugene Saunders, Anna Saunders, Dorothy Saunders and Irene Saunders. Her family will receive friends on Thursday, June 2nd from 4-6 PM at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen St., Springfield. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 3rd at 10 AM at Holy Name Church, 323 Dickinson Street, followed by Rites of Committal at Hillcrest Park Cemetery, all in Springfield.
