Tribute

It is with great sadness that the family of Louis John “Wiggy” Naioleari, 58, of the Forest Park section of Springfield, passed away on March 20, 2020, following complications from a lengthy battle with cancer. Louie was born on February 23, 1962 in Springfield to the late Louis and Anne (Connaway) Naioleari. He was a graduate of Classical High School, Class of 1980 and was a lifelong communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church of Springfield. Louie owned and operated a car dealership for many years and most recently worked for Responsive Trucking until his illness. He loved spending time at the beach in Ocean City, Maryland with his wife, brother and sister-in-law. He was passionate about sports, especially the Baltimore Orioles, New York Yankees and the Miami Dolphins. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 22 years, Marie (Murphy) Naioleari; and leaves his sons, Louis Naioleari III of Gloucester, MA and Kyle Barsczczewski of Springfield; his daughters, Megan and Hayley Barsczczewski; and his granddaughter, Ava Marie, all of Springfield.  He also leaves his brother and close friend, James Naioleari and his wife Cassandra of Wilbraham. Louie will also be sadly missed by his best friends, his dogs, Taz, Bruno and Sophia. Due to unfortunate circumstances the country finds itself in, a celebration of Louie’s life will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent to Louie’s favorite charity, Shriner’s Hospital, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
