Maria Ramona (Rodriguez) Quinones

Maria (Ramona) Rodriguez Quinones, 93, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Maria was born in Cidra, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Ramon Rodriguez and Salvadora Jimenez. In her spare time Maria loved listening to music and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she was also predeceased by her beloved husband Rafael Quinones and a son in law Rolando Vazquez and her siblings. Maria is survived by her five devoted children Rinia Cruz and her husband Leslie of San Antonio, TX., Evelyn Vazquez of Springfield, MA., Silquia Nieves of Coconut Creek, FL., Rafael Quinones of Springfield, MA., and David Quinones of Springfield, MA., and she leaves her four cherished grandchildren Gabriel Cruz, Rolando Vazquez, Lorenzo Vazquez and Jonathan Quinones and her two great-grand-children Javier and Aria Vazquez. Family and friends will gather and remember Maria on Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 9-10a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen Street, Springfield, MA, 01118. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 421 Tinkham Road, Springfield.
