Patrick B Warfield

Patrick B. Warfield, 74, of Springfield, passed away on January 14, 2023 at the Chapin Nursing Home. Patrick was born in Springfield on September 11, 1948, the son of the late Carl and Teresa E. (Banim) Warfield. After receiving an associate’s degree from Springfield Technical Community College, he enlisted in the US Air Force.  Upon discharge he worked in his father’s architectural business and then for the Chamber of Commerce in graphic communication. He is fondly remembered for his wit and joking personality. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling and was an avid dog lover.  Patrick is survived and will be missed by his brother William A. Warfield and his wife Carol both of Falmouth, MA., and a niece Jennifer Whitworth and her husband Blake of Dunstable, MA and Richard Saxon II and his wife Christina of Vienna, VA. Family and friends will gather and remember Patrick on Saturday, January 21, 2023 from 10-11a.m. at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen Street, Springfield. Followed by a Funeral Home Service at 11a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Springfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
