Pauline (Theres) Beeler, 96, passed away on March 24, 2018 at the Jewish Nursing Home. She was born in Brockton, MA on January 29, 1922 to the late Charles and Ameilia (Propas) Theres. Pauline was a graduate of Commerce High School and was employed at Smith and Wesson for many years. She also worked at various restaurants where she enjoyed waitressing. Pauline was a very loving and kind people person. She loved music, flowers, and shopping. Pauline lived on Allen St in Springfield for over 35 years with her late husband, Frederick J. Beeler, who passed in 2002. She leaves her son, Frederick Beeler and his wife Milla of Pompano Beach, FL; her sister, Alice Martin of Ludlow and her brother James Theres of Springfield, who were her caregivers for many years; and many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and her husband, Pauline was predeceased by her sisters, Joan Vrahnos and Bessie Asselin; and her brother, Charles Theres. Funeral services for Pauline will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018 starting at 8:30am at Byron Keenan Funeral Home, 1858 Allen St, Springfield followed by a service at 10am in St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Springfield. Burial will conclude in Oak Grove Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 5-7pm.
