Regina (Hickson) Breglio

Regina (Hickson) Breglio, 71, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center. Regina was born in Springfield on August 27, 1951, the daughter of the late Richard and Rose (Griffin) Hickson. A graduate of Springfield Technical High School and STCC.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her three brothers Richard, Roger and Raymond Hickson, and two sisters Rosemary Eggleston (Gene) and Ruth Barchard and a niece Courtney Hickson. Regina is survived by, her two children William Breglio (Marianna) of Somers, NY., and Katherine Breglio (Paul Hanney) of Yonkers, NY., two brothers Robert Hickson of Springfield and Ralph Hickson and his wife Cynthia of Rye, NH., she also leaves a niece, Dawn DeVall (Sean) and nephew Michael Eggleston (Jessica) and she leaves three grandchildren Thomas and Daniel Breglio and Leila Hanney, and she leaves her two great-nieces, Savannah and Charlotte and a great-nephew Austin. Family and friends will gather and remember Regina on Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 10:45 -11:45a.m. at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen Street, Springfield, MA. Followed by a Funeral Home Service at 11:45a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Baystate Medical Center.
