Richard Irwin Stevenson

Richard Irwin Stevenson, 91, of Springfield and formerly West Springfield passed away April 30, 2021. Richard was employed at Package Machinery, East Longmeadow, MA for 40 years as a Machinist. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Shirley (Biggart) Stevenson; son Jeffrey Stevenson and his wife Debbie, his daughters Carol Stevenson Thompson and her husband Mark, and Gail Stevenson; his sister Eileen Crosby; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Richard was predeceased by two brothers and three sisters. A funeral home service for Richard will take place on Thursday, May 6 at 11AM at Byron Keenan Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen St., Springfield. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Park Cemetery, 895 Parker St., Springfield.
