Robert M. Phaneuf

Robert M. Phaneuf, 51, passed away unexpectedly on August 23rd, 2019 at his home in Dunbar, West Virginia. Rob was born in Hartford, CT on June 21, 1968 the son of the late Robert J. and Marguerite (Sullivan) Phaneuf. Rob was educated in the Springfield school system and he graduated from Cathedral High School, class of 1987. Rob was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed following the UConn Huskies basketball team. He is survived by his four devoted sisters Patricia Belliveau and her husband Howard of Hardeeville, SC., Teela Bober of Portland, CT., Judith Muszynski and her husband Thaddeus of Agawam and Ann Averill and significant other John Nesvold of Random Lake, WI as well as many fond Aunts and Uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass was held at 10:00am at St. Michael's Church, East Longmeadow. Burial followed at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Springfield MA.
