Ryan D. Doyle

Ryan D. Doyle, 30 of Hampden, passed away suddenly on Monday, December 30, 2019. Ryan was born in Springfield on May 23, 1989, the son of David J. Doyle, M.D., of Hampden and Debra (Matthews) Doyle of Freeport, ME, and The Villages of FL.  He was a graduate of Minnechaug Regional High School, Class of 2007 where he lettered on the Varsity Wrestling team, was a member of the Hampden Federated Community Church, and earned his Life Scout Award with the Hampden Boy Scout’s Troop # 171.  Ryan was a kind and gentle soul, loved by all who were lucky enough to know him.  He was a caring son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. Ryan had the wittiest sense of humor and loved to make people laugh.  He cherished time spent with his family and friends, loved playing basketball, working on cars and four wheelers, was an avid ping pong player, loved working out in his home gym, and had a profound love for the Boston Celtics.  In addition to his parents he is also survived by three siblings, Lisa (Brian) Person of Wilbraham, MA, Matthew (Rebecca) Doyle of Seekonk, MA, and Rebekah (Jesse) Sidener of Fort Myers, FL.  He is also survived by his beloved nieces and nephews, Abigail, Timothy, Bryson, Quinlan, Jamison and Meara. Family and friends will gather and remember Ryan on Friday, January 3, 2020 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen Street, Springfield, MA.  A private funeral service and burial will be held by his family.
