Sally A. (Conklin) LaBelle

Sally A. (Conklin) LaBelle, 73, a lifelong resident of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Sally was a graduate of Cathedral High School, Class of 1964. She was a parishioner of Holy Cross Church in Springfield for many years. She worked for over thirty years as a claims adjuster for Insurance companies. Sally’s true devotion was for her friends and family.  She is remembered as making everyone’s life better through her limitless generosity, friendship and advice.  Sally is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years Richard R. LaBelle of Springfield, three devoted children Richard R. LaBelle and his wife Nadiya of Springfield, Kristin Smith and her husband Edward of Agawam and John Paul LaBelle and his wife Christine of West Hartford, CT and she leaves five cherished grandchildren Ryan Smith, Megan Smith, Nolan LaBelle, Mikael LaBelle and Charlotte LaBelle. Mrs. LaBelle’s’ funeral will be held on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 11:30a.m. in Holy Cross Church, 221 Plumtree Road, Springfield. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam. Family and friends will gather and remember Sally on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 2-5p.m. at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home, 1858 Allen Street, Springfield.
