I will miss Uncle Frank very much. I enjoyed talking to him about movies and tv shows. He would join us at Christmas and I think he loved seeing what the children received from Santa as much as they did! He certainly enjoyed the pancakes, bacon and real maple syrup at breakfasts we had at Byron and Shirley's. He was an avid bicycle rider, explorer of back roads, and quiet summers in Maine. I remember the stories I heard about Frank riding his motorcycle wearing a leather jacket when he was young and the family had moved to Springfield. Frank Candage will be missed.

The thing I adore most about Uncle Frank is his constant smile and his amazing laugh. He had such a zest for life. He always made me feel great just by his presence. I always looked forward to his visits . I will especially remember him during football season. I think it was most appropriate that he passed around superbowl time. I can picture him viewing the game from his new, more fabulous perspective. He will always be in my thoughts and they will always make me smile.
