Charles J. “Chuck” Burlingham a lifelong resident of Springfield passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017. He was born in Springfield on August 11, 1941, the son of the late William and Emma (Provost) Burlingham. Chuck was educated in the Springfield School System. He owned and operated the Frontier Lounge in Springfield for many years. In addition to his parents he was also predeceased by a brother William. Chuck is survived by a daughter Monique and her husband Christopher and a granddaughter Courtney, three brothers Mark, Ted and John and a sister Faith. Chuck also leaves many dear friends and will be missed by many. A Celebration of Life Service will be scheduled at a later date.
